Coach Joe Molina is the Assistant Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator for Chaos Lacrosse Louisiana. He is currently Assistant Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator for the LA Jazz Lacrosse Summer Program and has served as Head Coach and Assistant Coach for several High School and Youth teams with the For The Kids (FTK) summer travel program. He started coaching lacrosse in 2018 and completed his college lacrosse playing career at Ole Miss where he was a team captain and player coach. Coach Molina is an alumni of the North Shore Lacrosse High School and Youth programs. He is currently a US Lacrosse Bronze Level Certified coach.

During the 2024 season as Offensive Coordinator, he assisted Chaos to the Gulf South Lacrosse League (GSLL) Championship Tournament finishing in 2nd Place, with 2 offense players being selected for GSLL All-Star 1st Team, 2 offense players selected for GSLL All-Star 2nd Team and 1 offense player selected as GSLL All-Star Honorable Mention. During the 2025 season, he had two players selected for GSLL All-Star 1st Team, including 1st Team Captain, and two players selected for GSLL All-Star 2nd Team.

Coach Molina plays for the New Orleans Lacrosse Club (NOLC) as well as the New Orleans Mambo RBLL Senior A Box Lacrosse Club.
