Coach Joe Molina is the Offensive Coordinator for Chaos Lacrosse Louisiana. He is currently Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator for the LA Jazz Lacrosse Summer Program and has served as Head Coach and Assistant Coach for several High School and Youth teams with the For The Kids (FTK) summer travel program. He started coaching lacrosse in 2018 and completed his college lacrosse playing career at Old Miss where he was a team captain and player coach. Coach Molina is an alumni of the North Shore Lacrosse High School and Youth programs. He is currently a US Lacrosse Bronze Level Certified coach.

During the 2024 season as Offensive Coordinator, he assisted Chaos to the Gulf South Lacrosse League (GSLL) Championship Tournament finishing in 2nd Place, with 2 offense players being selected for GSLL All-Star 1st Team, 2 offense players selected for GSLL All-Star 2nd Team and 1 offense player selected as GSLL All-Star Honorable Mention.
